First week REPRESENT!

This sketch pretty much sums up the first week of school for me....it rained ALL week and having to walk 20 minutes both ways to get to and from class isn't really my cup of tea.  It was very stressful having a project due the first friday of school, but it got done and we were all happy with the outcome.

Elsewhere

These sketches are from a place called elsewhere. It's a place in downtown Greensboro that has stuff EVERYWHERE and pretty much every random thing you could think of in it. I liked and didn't like this assignment. Elsewhere had plenty of interesting stuff to draw, but it was all covered in dust and my allergies are horrible, so I pretty much died every time I went there to draw stuff hours at a time. Our assignment was to mark off a space with some duck tape and then draw that one space in detail. My space took up 2 class periods to draw so I'm pretty happy with the outcome of it. The other sketches were ones I did when we weren't working on our final sketches.
